Thankfully the close knit and relatively stable staff team Den has are able to manage some of the more challenging behaviours like absconding, self harm and verbal and sometimes physical abuse. Often the function of all these behaviours is to gain emergency services attention. Dennis has a large team of professionals involved in his care and MSMW are always present and supportive in all meetings and service providers. "
